1. Official Information from Kyndryl and Cesce
On September 16, 2025, Kyndryl (NYSE: KD) – the world’s leading IT infrastructure services provider, spun off from IBM in 2021 – officially announced a six-year strategic partnership with Cesce, Spain’s leading company in trade credit management and surety insurance, which also has a strong presence across Europe and Latin America.
According to Kyndryl’s official press release, the partnership focuses on three key pillars:
Managing and modernizing Cesce’s mission-critical IT infrastructure. These are the core systems that directly support credit and insurance operations, ensuring millions of transactions are conducted safely, continuously, and transparently.
Strengthening cybersecurity and operational resilience. In a context where the financial and insurance sector faces increasing cyberattacks and stringent regulatory requirements, ensuring systems are secure, stable, and compliant is a matter of survival.
Implementing Kyndryl Bridge – an open integration platform powered by artificial intelligence. This tool enhances system observability, automates operational processes, optimizes costs, and improves IT resource utilization.
In addition, Kyndryl will help Cesce establish a DevSecOps Office, embedding security at every stage of the software development lifecycle. This approach will shorten development and deployment times while reducing security risks.
Ignacio Rubi, Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Cesce, emphasized:
“Partnering with Kyndryl will allow Cesce to strike the right balance between technological innovation and regulatory compliance. This is the foundation for maintaining the trust of our customers and regulators, while preparing for the digital future of the financial and insurance industry.”
