This move marks a major milestone in Salesforce’s ongoing strategy to automate operational workflows and enhance customer experience, positioning the company at the center of the global Enterprise AI wave.

According to Salesforce, Agentforce is developed as an “intelligent AI assistant layer” built directly into its CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

It enables businesses to delegate complex, time-consuming tasks to AI — tasks that previously required manual human intervention.

For example, the system can:

• Respond to customers contextually and accurately.

• Retrieve data from multiple internal sources.

• Coordinate multi-department workflows.

• Recommend next actions based on transaction history and user behavior.

Power in Collaboration: Salesforce – OpenAI – Anthropic

Instead of developing every AI model from scratch, Salesforce chose to integrate technologies from leading innovators:
