The scorecard is designed to help professionals assess their current satisfaction and performance across the 8 areas of life, identify gaps, and create a plan for future growth. Each area is scored on a scale from 0 to 10, where:

• 0-2: Poor – Significant dissatisfaction or neglect.

• 3-5: Average – Moderate satisfaction but room for improvement.

• 6-8: Good – High satisfaction, but some gaps remain.

• 9-10: Excellent – Fully satisfied and no gaps.

Below are the criteria for each area:
